5. Forest Finest - Instructions for Hot Tub.
Enter at your own risk only,
own initiative and for your own pleasure.
I would like to ask you not to use chlorine or salt, this affects the stove.
Tips and tricks for the Hot Tub:
- Check that the stopper is properly seated in the drain (so it does not drain immediately) to tighten the stopper turn the eye in the stopper clockwise (this is how the stopper expands). The stopper is hidden under the stairs.
- Remove the lid from the Hot Tub and place it carefully on the ground.
- Set the fill valve to 1250 liters (turn the valve counter-clockwise) and fill! (automatically stops filling after 1250 liters) You can now walk away with peace of mind. It is not a disaster if the Hot Tub overflows but preferably not.
- Fill the Hot Tub to a maximum of 5 cm under the rim
- Wait until the first ring of the Hot Tub is filled, then turn on the heater. If you do this before then the pump will suck in air and it will be over with the fun π.
- Open the door of the stove.
- Press power to turn on the stove.
- Set the stove to the correct temperature (rightmost knob, recommended is between 33 and 40 degrees). The stove will automatically turn on and off when it reaches temperature. If the water temperature is 4 degrees lower than the set temperature, the heater will automatically turn on again.
- Now just be patient, when the Hot Tub is full and at temperature turn the heater off. Now you can really enjoy the silence!
- Has the temperature dropped again? Turn on the heater and it will be warm again in no time.
- When you are done you can leave the water for reuse (for long stays I recommend changing the water after 3-5 days).
- Lid back on the Hot Tub (for safety and this saves heat and prevents dirt) don't forget to secure it with the rubbers due to wind.
